"We hired Vaidas after our original architecture firm closed their business and recommended his company. We have a small georgian terraced house, in a conservation area in central London, that we wanted to completely refurbish as it hadn't had any work done to it in 20 years. Vaidas has been a great asset in working with the council to get 4 planning permissions approved to extend our house, keeping in constant contact with them and identifying instances when they missed a deadline. He also has recommended engineers, surveyors, builders and other necessary appointments to ensure that once work commenced there would be no delays. Vaidas always gave us options with each appointment to enable us to make educated decisions on hiring key people. He engaged with each 3rd party ensuring the correct info was captured and provided. His plans were clear and accurate, offering more than one scenario (modified when necessary) and listened to our ideas. He explored these ideas and made fantastic suggestions to implement as well as to consider other options. Vaidas created pinterest boards so we could pinpoint the actual look and feel of floorboards, baseboards, bathrooms, fixtures, kitchens etc. This was very helpful as we were able to focus on the details in our own time.
