We feel strongly about the positive influence that good architecture and built environment has on its inhabitants. We feel just as strongly about good architecture being a result of collaboration, conversation and designing with open mind. We design openly and transparently with a well reasoned and explained story behind it. We are also open to being challenged, questioned and having our minds changed. We always give it our honest 100% but most importantly the buildings we design have to work for the users and we work on that basis.

Less exciting but no less important part of the process. There’s different ways of doing things and we always opt for the one that is most user friendly, open and transparent. That is why we work on a fixed fee arrangement for the vast majority of our projects. Construction projects can be lengthy, complicated and expensive and if we can simplify at least one part of it we’ll be happy to. For as long as the brief, timeline and scope of the project agreed upon at the beginning remain unaltered so will our fees.

We typically work as the lead consultant reporting directly to the end user or their agent. Most projects involve multiple different professionals and disciplines from Structural Engineers to Party Wall Surveyors, Building Inspectors and many others. As a default we would normally source and bring these on board as required on your behalf so you only have to talk to us. We are equally happy to work on alternative arrangements if required.

Protecting our clients’ privacy and confidentiality is paramount. We might from time share images and drawings documenting and celebrating our work on social or published media, but great care is always taken to protect the identities or other confidential information.
