An extensive refurbishment and extensions of a duplex garden apartment in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. A semiderelict property at the start of our involvement, it has not only been brought back to life, but turned into a stunning and timeless urban dwelling in one of the most coveted and vibrant areas of London for a client who is constantly on the move.

A key influence in the design process was the aim to improve the height and bring natural light into the heart of the lower ground floor habitable spaces as well as the aspiration to create contemporary yet warm and tactile character of the interior. Sourcing quality materials and products was central to the project but equally important was the attention to detail and craftsmanship displayed by the design team and the contractor alike. The result of this symbiotic relationship between all members of the project team is a timeless project leaving everyone involved proud and the client content with the outcome.
