Proposal for a new build residential development in Fulham for 5 flats in a mixture of sizes and occupancy levels. The site occupies a prominent corner spot adjacent to a nearby high street, which is currently underutilized and underdeveloped. Short walk away from Parsons Green underground station the site benefits from excellent connectivity, as well as ample local amenities.
Architecturally, it draws inspiration from rich historical context and is consciously designed to be subservient and complementary to the existing built environment. Architectural language is moderate yet distinct with a solid choice of materials and a contemporary take on brick architecture.
Internally, a mix of units caters for all sizes and shapes of households from single professionals to family sized units, all featuring ample private amenity spaces, multiple aspect illumination and generous unit sizes.
